Fantastic service from John and Tanya. John was out within 20 minutes on a weekend to help get into the boot of a Saab after we locked the key in it. Heavy rain, gusty winds and freezing cold, but John kept at it until that boot was open. Then he and Tanya went out of their way encoding a new spare, which thanks to Saab was not as easy as it should’ve been. I hope I don’t have to call on their services again in the near future but I wouldn’t hesitate doing so if needed!
